dcs plus expands its reach in APAC with a new office in Singapore

dcs plus, a global leading travel technology company, extends its global operations into the APAC region, by opening a new office in Singapore.

SINGAPORE – dcs plus, a global leading travel technology company, has strengthened its Asia Pacific presence with the opening of an office in Singapore, in Suntec City. The establishment of the Singapore office offers the travel tech provider a greater strategic standpoint in serving the needs of APAC customers, as well as supporting the business’ growth and objectives for the region.

This year, dcs plus accomplished a part of its global expansion plans with the recent opening of another office in Sao Paulo, Brazil. These new locations will complement the company’s already established presence within Europe and the Middle East and will be followed by others in the upcoming period.

In addition to 16 years of experience, dcs plus will bring to APAC a full stack product portfolio consisting of robust platforms such as TINA (mid back office solution to consolidate and manage, in real time, the commercial, operational and financial data of the travel agency and its clients), AIDA (solution for tour operators and DMCs), IRIX (internet booking engine), CSBT (online booking tool for the corporate segment), TRIP (B2C platform) and TravList (platform for traveler itinerary management).

Given the increased demand of travel technology solutions coming from the APAC region, combined with the huge potential that the Asian market provides, Singapore came as a natural choice to house the dcs plus’ regional operations. The establishment of the new office will enable the scaling of the business and will help in supporting the expanding customer base in the region.’ said Cristian Dinca, Founder and CEO of Bucharest-based travel technology company.

As part of the company’s on-going strategy to put high quality teams close to its customers in key markets around the world, Angelo Jambore will oversee dcs plus’ Singapore office operations and will serve as Regional General Manager for the APAC. ‘This new office aims to assist travel agencies in the APAC in realizing their vision of business transformation and upgrade, and more than that, to contribute to the improvement of the travel industry overall, in a region that is in a continuous development.’, said Angelo.
