Club Med now offers free Wi-Fi access in selected res

Club Med now offers free Wi-Fi throughout all their guest rooms and suites, reception, conference rooms, and all public areas in their remarkable Resorts in Bali, Cherating Beach Malaysia, Phuket and Bintan Island.

For business people, MICE delegates or families and guests who simply want to stay in touch, blog or send messages and pictures back to loved ones, the new free Wi-Fi access only adds to the great value offered in their all inclusive package. And if they use skype, or VOIP then they can talk to the whole world for free too.

The costs of internet access and telephony in Asia can be extremely high for Australians in particular, and guests need only apply once on arrival for their access password, which is then valid for the duration of their stay – and accessible at all times 24 hours a day (network permitting).

For conference organisers in-house, the service is a bonus as they can continue to liaise with suppliers, departments, other clients and even the delegates themselves, by email from any-where in the village – their desk in their room, the conference rooms, an office in a restaurant or even the poolside bar!

And, despite most people visiting Club Med wanting to get away from it all –  as it is a “Premium All Inclusive package” – guests can sit with a cocktail at the bar, a juice or smoothie for breakfast, fresh coffee and snack at afternoon tea time, a cold pre-dinner drink, or a relaxing night-cap on lounge – and still be just a “click, tick and send” away from home or the office.
