Classic Holidays, Australasia’s largest Resort, Club and Member Management company, has welcomed a new resort under management – Western Australia’s Silver Sands Resort in Mandurah.
The long term management agreement commenced on 1 January, 2018, making Silver Sands the latest Australian timeshare resort to join the award-winning company’s Club Properties.
Silver Sands Resort is the premier timeshare resort in Western Australia, located in the coastal city of Mandurah.
“We welcome Silver Sands Resort and its 1,200 owners to the Classic family this year,” said Ramy Filo, CEO of Classic Holidays. “As well as opening up the benefits of our Club to these new members, we’re equally thrilled to open up the city of Mandurah to our existing members from across Australia and New Zealand who are eager to holiday here.
“The addition of this resort allows Classic to offer more availability and more choice to our member families, giving them the opportunity to explore new regions and make new holiday memories,” said Mr Filo.
Located one hour’s drive south of Perth in the Peel region, Mandurah is a sought-after holiday destination, combining nature and adventure with endless waterways, wildlife and nature-based activities as well as a growing food and wine scene.
Silver Sands entered into a Resort Partner agreement with Classic Holidays in 2015, opening an onsite sales operation to introduce Classic’s expanding suite of holiday products and leisure benefits to its 1,200 owners.
The full management agreement with Classic Holidays opens up a world of holiday opportunities for Silver Sands owners, who will now have access to Classic Holidays membership benefits, including over 30 Club Properties across Australia and New Zealand and a worldwide network of resort partners.
