BusRates.com is pleased to announce recent updates to its site. The improvements give visitors to the site a better user experience by providing more search details, more photos and customer reviews. BusRates.com is a free, searchable database of nearly all DOT-registered bus companies. Its purpose is to make it easy for buyers to find the bus that best suits their needs. The site draws over 110,000 group travel planner visits each month.
“These enhancements improve the user’s experience by allowing them to more easily find the bus company with whom they want to do business,” reports Eric Elliott, BusRates.com Program Manager. “They can now see more detailed search results, photos and see other customer’s reviews to quickly and easily make an informed decision about which motorcoach company to book for their group travel.”
In addition to these updates, BusRates.com allows group travel planners to view detailed fleet information-categorized into 10 bus types-rates, compliance information and contact details. The site also features a quote tool for group travel planners to email from 1 to 20 bus companies a quote request for a direct response.
