Exhibitors are lining up for the best positions at AIME 2007, 15th AsiaPacific Incentives & Meetings Expo, when it returns to its usual time slot in February next year. AIME will be held on 13 & 14 February at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, Australia.
“Many exhibitors were quick to express interest in the 2007 event during this year’s show,” said Rosemarie Sama, AIME Event Director. “AIME 2006 exhibitors who wish to participate in AIME 2007 have until mid September to take up their priority booking option, before the floorplan is opened up to new exhibitors,” Ms Sama added.
Reed Travel Exhibitions (RTE) has changed the floorplan to incorporate the event’s move back to the halls nearest the main Clarendon Street entrance of the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
“This is our preferred position in the Centre as it places the exhibition closer to the auditorium and meeting rooms where AIME seminars are held.”
RTE is also considering other changes to the event, based on feedback from post event research conducted by independent company, Micromex Research.
“We are always looking for ways to enhance the event and these may include changes to our seminar programme, social events and onsite activities based on the suggestions of exhibitors, Hosted Buyers and visitors. We are consulting with the event owners, Melbourne Convention + Visitors Bureau and we will make changes as required in the best interest of AIME.”
