Jonathan Wigley, Chairman of Absolute Hotel Services India announced a new resort project for technical services and management in Goa with Swift Boutique Hotels Pvt. Ltd. This existing resort will be fully renovated, managed and branded as a member of U Hotels & Resorts, the resort plans to open in the 2nd quarter of 2011.
The luxury resort on Candolim Beach is located in the north of Goa near the town. The 21-room resort will be a real luxury boutique resort in the north of island. There will be eight rooms with outdoor Jacuzzi and private gardens located on the ground floor, eight rooms with balcony on the first floor, two suites with private plunge pool and open sunbathing terraces and three villas with private plunge pool and spa area. The overall design of the architecture and interior will combine the fundamental nature and spirit of Goa with a contemporary lifestyle. Other facilities include a bar, restaurant, gym and a library.

North Goa main places of interest include the capital Panaji (Panjim), Mapusa, old Goa and the stretch of famous beaches for which Goa is well known. Panaji is on the south bank of the river Mandovi and is the capital of Goa State.
