Viator announces Qantas as latest member ofglobal affiliate network

Qantas customers to have rirect access to thousands of curated experiences in destinations worldwide; Partnership marks 30th airline company to select Viator for experiences.

SAN FRANSISCO, CALIF. – Viator, Inc., parent company of Viator.com – the leading resource for researching and booking tours and activities – has announced Qantas, Australia’s largest domestic and international airline and member of the oneworld alliance, as the latest major travel provider to join the company’s global affiliate network.

Along with its reputation for excellence in safety, reliability and customer service, Qantas is considered the world’s leading long distance airline and one of the most well-known brands in Australia. Through the “Activities” tab on the Qantas homepage, passengers will be able to search for the perfect destination experience, whether they’re traveling domestically or internationally, from Viator’s curated collection of 15,000 things to do in top destinations worldwide including:

  • A private tour of Sydney in a vintage Australian EH Holden car
  • The breathtaking Sydney Bridge Climb
  • A two-day trip to the Great Barrier Reef
  • Private Viewing of the Royal Quarters at the Palace of Versailles
  • VIP Tour of the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty and 9/11 Memorial
  • Wine Country Bike Tour and Picnic from San Francisco

The new partnership with Qantas brings the number of airline companies that deliver tours and activities to their customers through Viator to 30. In addition to leading global airlines around the world, Qantas joins a growing network of more than 2,500 Viator partners that includes global hotel companies, online travel agencies, traditional travel agencies, content providers, city-specific sites, and loyalty and technology companies.
