Smartvisit Solutions, the company behind the all-inclusive attractions passes for Sydney, Melbourne and Tasmania now has Destination Managers in all three states to manage sales and marketing activities for the See Smartvisit Cards within their territories.
Samantha Cross has been appointed as Destination Manager – NSW. Cross previously worked in sales and marketing for the Novotel Opal Cove Resort at Coffs Harbour and has moved to Sydney to undertake her new role.
Karen Webster takes up the role in Victoria. She previously worked for Tourism Victoria and Australian Outback Travel and so brings a wealth of experience in marketing, sales, PR and product development within the tourism industry.
Tory Ross is based in Tasmania and completes the trio. Ross has successfully carried out the role since March 2003.
All Destination Managers are responsible for building and managing partner relationships with wholesalers, ITOs, tourism bodies and retailers. Reporting to Arabella Nairne, General Manager – Sales & Marketing, the Destination Managers also oversee product development and relationship marketing in their respective states.
