SHANGHAI – Jin Jiang International Hotels, China’s leading hotel brand, has been honored with a multiple of prestigious awards during the first quarter of 2013.
On March 24, Jin Jiang International Hotels received two awards at the 13th China Hotel Industry & Golden Horse Awards Ceremony in Guangzhou for ‘The Top 10 Best International Hotel Management Company’ and the other was in recognition of Mr. Bernold O. Schroeder, the Chief Executive Officer of Jin Jiang International Hotels, for ‘The Platinum Five-Star Medal [for the] Top 10 Man of the China Hotel Industry’. This is the first time the company has been acknowledged as the ‘Top International Company’ from Golden Horse, having been previously received the ‘The Best Chinese Hotel Management Company’ award. This award is in line with the company’s efforts and aim to internationalize the brand and to build Jin Jiang as a national hotel brand of China. It is also the first time for Mr. Schroeder to receive this individual award for his leadership efforts within the company.
Only days before on March 22, Mr. Yang Weimin, Jin Jiang International Group’s Vice Chairman and CEO, was selected as the ‘Top 10 Hoteliers of the Year, China’, at the 2013 Asia Hotel Forum Annual Meeting & The 8th China Hotel Starlight Awards Presentation Ceremony, also held in Guangzhou.
