Mantra Group’s next property opening, Peppers Kings Square Hotel in Perth WA, has unveiled the first of its new stylish guest rooms.
Offering a first glimpse of what future guests can expect when the contemporary new hotel opens in October, the prototype Peppers King Room takes its design cues from rippling city reflections on the Swan River.
A striking carpet design creates a strong visual impression in the room and large bespoke artwork reflects the context of the hotel within the dynamic Shafto Lane entertainment precinct.

These, together with local heritage landscape artwork, complement the overall aesthetic of the new guest rooms with an emphasis on functional, comfortable and stylish décor and furnishings.
Peppers Kings Square Hotel General Manager Chris McIntosh said the prototype Peppers King Room, which was designed by renowned architect Project Tourism International, demonstrates the hotel’s commitment to quality.
“The opening of Peppers Kings Square Hotel will herald the arrival of the sophisticated Peppers brand in Western Australia, bringing Peppers’ unique style and acclaimed hospitality into a boutique Perth city hotel,” Mr McIntosh said.
“We’re excited that visitors will soon be able to stay in contemporary rooms in Perth like the one we launched today.”

Construction and fit out of Peppers Kings Square Hotel’s remaining 119 rooms, restaurant, espresso bar, leisure facilities and common areas is on track to be completed by mid-October this year.
Mantra Group Chief Executive Officer Bob East said Peppers Kings Square Hotel will be the first Peppers property to open in Western Australia for Mantra Group, joining five Mantra hotels across Perth, Geraldton, Bunbury and Broome.
“The opening of Peppers Kings Square Hotel is a strong indication of our continued focus on the introduction of the luxury Peppers brand to key CBD markets,” Mr East said.

The hotel boasts an onsite a la carté restaurant, Stage Kitchen & Bar, serving innovative provincial cuisine typical of West Australia, an Executive Club Lounge, concierge with valet parking service, the fastest Wi-Fi connection to be installed in a Perth hotel (complimentary in guest rooms) and a 24 hour reception.
“We’re also bringing Melbourne’s celebrated Silo Coffee to the west, ensuring Peppers Kings Square Hotel is a true coffee connoisseur’s destination,” Mr McIntosh said.
