Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) opened the THAI Catering Restaurant in Phuket, which has been redesigned with a new look. Mr. Phakkaphong Tavipatana, Phuket Governor, and Mr. Sumeth Damrongchaitham, THAI President, presided over the opening ceremony, which was attended by Mr. Thanee Chuangchoo, General Manager of Phuket International Airport, Mr. Wiwat Piyawiroj, THAI Executive Vice President, Commercial, Mrs. Varangkana Luerojvong, THAI Managing Director, Catering, and THAI Catering staff at the THAI Catering Restaurant, Phuket International Airport.

The THAI Catering Restaurant is a service-related business that has long served THAI customers. There are four THAI Catering Restaurants in Thailand: Yellow Orchid at the THAI Operations Center at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Chiang Mai International Airport, Phuket International Airport, and Krabi International Airport.
The new look and feel of the THAI Catering Restaurant reflects the Thai identity with a modern twist, creating meals produced from fresh raw ingredients that are prepared with care based on original recipes that are well known from each Thai region.
