IHG appoints Patrick Finn as Vice President Development for Southeast Asia and Korea

Patrick Finn will oversee strategic expansion of the group’s brands in the region.

SINGAPORE – IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Patrick Finn as Vice President, Development for South East Asia and Korea. Based in Singapore, Finn will join the South East Asia and Korea Leadership Team to spearhead strategic growth initiatives and oversee the expansion of the group’s brands in the region.

A highly experienced leader, Patrick brings more than 20 years’ Hotel Development experience to his new role. Most recently, Patrick worked for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, based out of Hong Kong, and was responsible for leading the company’s Development function across Asia Pacific; planning and executing Hyatt’s brand portfolio growth strategy. Prior to his time in Asia, Finn worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, progressing from Development Planning to senior Acquisitions and Development leadership in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Finn holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Boston University.
