The TFWA Asia Pacific Lounge held in partnership with Qatar Duty Free will welcome delegates on Level 4 of the Marina Bay Sands from 17:00 to 21:00 on Monday, and from 18:00 to 21:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday.
TFWA has confirmed a busy networking schedule for TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference 2023, to be held at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands from 7th to 11th May.
With networking remaining a top priority for many in the industry, this year’s event – which returns to a full-scale format – offers participants a plethora of opportunities for formal and informal meetings.
The Welcome Cocktail begins at 19:30 on Sunday evening and takes place at the spectacular Flower Dome, at the Gardens by the Bay. From 21:00 delegates attending will have the chance to enjoy exclusive night-time access to the Flower Dome’s stunning display of over 32,000 plants.
The TFWA Asia Pacific Lounge held in partnership with Qatar Duty Free will welcome delegates on Level 4 of the Marina Bay Sands from 17:00 to 21:00 on Monday, and from 18:00 to 21:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Wednesday evening, the festivities will conclude with a live music performance. This year’s TFWA Asia Pacific Lounge occupies a larger space and features a generous balcony from which delegates can enjoy impressive views across the bay. Drinks and snacks will be served courtesy of sponsors Heineken, Korea Ginseng Corp., BlackBall, Duty Free Global, Brown-Forman, Crafter’s, Mondelēz International, Wonderful Pistachios, Perfetti Van Melle, and Valrhona.
All delegates and exhibitors will have free access to these social events.
In addition to the social programme, the exhibition floor is the key place for exhibitors and delegates to conduct official meetings. Alongside this, TFWA’s ONE2ONE meeting service organises introductory encounters between exhibiting brands, key buyers, airports, cruise & ferry operators and airlines.
“We are looking forward to connecting again with friends and colleagues in Singapore. The social programme is so important in giving participants the chance to network in a relaxed atmosphere, away from the bustle of the main exhibition and conference. I would like to thank all partners and sponsors helping enable this year’s TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference” said Erik Juul-Mortensen, TFWA President.
“After a long absence, Qatar Duty Free is excited to be back in Singapore at TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference 2023 and delighted to continue its long-standing partnership with TFWA as the main partner of the TFWA Asia Pacific Lounge. It is always an honour to support events that bring key aviation and travel retail industry members together to connect and discuss future collaborations” comments Thabet Musleh, VP Qatar Duty Free.
