14 Indian delegates reconnected with New Zealand tourism industry after three years at TRENZ 2023

Organized by Tourism Industry Aotearoa (TIA), 44 New Zealand tourism businesses also attended TRENZ as A group of people sitting around a table.

MUMBAI – Aotearoa New Zealand’s most significant international business-to-business travel and trade event – TRENZ – recently concluded in Ōtautahi Christchurch with participation from 1500 delegates.

During four days of appointments, presentations, activities and networking functions, over 300 New Zealand tourism businesses showcased their products and services to more than 330 high quality international Buyers from 25 markets including India.

This year, 14 Indian travel trade partners attended TRENZ where they got an understanding of the diverse range of New Zealand tourism products on offer – everything from regional tourism offices to hotels, attractions and inbound tour operators. Indian travel trade partners like MakeMyTrip, Thomas Cook, Veena World, SOTC, Holidays and Beyond, Flag Holidays, The Travel Temple, Pristine Travels, Flamingo Travels, Ourania Travels, Travel Ties, Parul Tours, Urvi Tours and Vayu Seva attended the 3-day trade event.

TRENZ 2023 offers an engaged industry, ready to welcome the world back to Aotearoa, do business, and share what’s special and unique about our country,” says Rebecca Ingram, Chief Executive, TIA.

The event attracts the most powerful international and New Zealand travel buyers as well as New Zealand’s leading tourism enterprises (sellers) marketing products and services to the worldwide visitor market.
