Vietjet reveals new-look website to allow more service selections

The new website provides more comprehensive services and products integrated into one platform.

Singapore – Vietjet has just launched its brand new website version to bring a better customer experience for flight ticket booking and even more.

Vietjet’s new website interface is developed to meet the needs and for the benefit of customers. A number of significant improvements have been made to enhance customer experiences while diversifying options for customer demand.

The new website provides more comprehensive services and products integrated into one platform, bringing convenience and a new experience for users. Flight tickets, essential services such as check-in baggage, seat and food selection, priority check-in, bus ticket, travel insurance, etc., are available for purchase with ease. Customers can also search for information about itineraries, flights, fares, special offers, and quickly pay by online payment methods including credit/ATM card, e-wallet, QR code, Vietjet Skyclub, etc.

In the coming time, Vietjet will also integrate hotel products, entertainment programs, travel packages inclusive of air tickets and hotel reservations, financial services, duty-free shopping, etc., to diversify customer’s choices.

Customer experience is one of Vietjet’s top priority, and the new website will contribute to completing Vietjet’s customer experience chain with the idea of “customer-centric,” bringing satisfaction to the customer not only the moment they start planning to fly but also at the end of the journey, and beyond!

Passengers are required to fully comply with the regulations on the medical declaration, wearing a mask, as well as the 5K rules by the Vietnam Ministry of Health. The airline certificated 7 stars – the highest global rating for COVID-19 prevention also offers the complimentary “Fly Safe” insurance for all passengers with medical expenses for medical treatment for accidents, support living expenses, and loss of income due to mandatory quarantine by the pandemic from VND1 million per day together with 24 hours accident insurance benefit of up to VND20 million.
