Kagoshima visits The Hari Hong Kong

Launched on Saturday 1 May 2021 for a month, the seven-course menu will showcase the region’s cultural delights at the hotel’s popular Japanese dining outlet, Zoku Restaurant & Terrace.

Hong Kong – The Hari Hong Kong announced a limited-edition tasting menu in partnership with the Japanese prefecture, Kagoshima and Whisky and Japanese Beverage distributor, Mizunara Hong Kong. Launched on Saturday 1 May 2021 for a month, the seven-course menu will showcase the region’s cultural delights at the hotel’s popular Japanese dining outlet, Zoku Restaurant & Terrace.

Working with representatives from the Kagoshima prefecture and Shochu Meister Yoshie Kakimoto, tasting menu highlights include a trio of Kagoshima Yellowtail featuring a combination of Nigiri, Sashimi and Tartare paired with a refreshing Shochu Highball; Tobiuo “Flying Fish” Ceviche paired with Shochu Mizuwari; and Kagoshima Wagyu Steak served with fresh wasabi, sudachi and a negi salad. Complete the experience with a citrus dessert comprising of mandarin sorbet served with soft cream cheese and kumquat paired with a Coffee Shochu Martini Cocktail.
