Japan signs its second distinctive Autograph Collection Hotel – The Mesm Tokyo is set to open in 2020

The Autograph Collection brand continues to grow in Japan by providing travelers with one-of-a-kind hotels that champion values of vision, design and craft.

Tokyo, Japan -– The distinctive Autograph Collection brand announced the signing of its second independent hotel in Japan, mesm Tokyo, Autograph Collection, which is set to open in 2020. The upcoming hotel is set to ‘mesmerize’ individualists with its exceptional design and thoughtful, spirited service – an experience from which inspired the hotel’s name. Slated to open in 2020, the hotel will occupy the 16th to 26th floor of the WATERS takeshiba main building, a multipurpose city complex that’s part of the Takeshiba Waterfront Development Project.

Further blending with the hotel’s “Tokyo Waves” concept, guests will encounter representations of life in Tokyo,  with connections to the latest trends in fashion, art and technology. “WATERS takeshiba will be completed as a focal point for culture and arts, and we are delighted to collaborate with Marriott International, leaders in travel experiences to open mesm Tokyo, Autograph Collection, as a part of this exciting project,” said Masayuki Satomi, Chief Executive Officer, NIPPON HOTEL Co., Ltd. “What we have in common with the brand is that we are committed to offering guest experiences that are unique to each destination.
