Haite Group hosts the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) – ACP China Business Aviation Safety Day 2021

The full-day event featured historical China and US government keynotes from the CAAC and NTSB respectively.

The Haite Group, the parent company of ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services China, was proud to support and host the AsBAA – ACP China Business Aviation Safety Day 2021 that was held on 8th April 2021 in Chengdu, China at Haite International Plaza.  The event was hailed as an unprecedented success, with attendees comprised of leadership from the business aviation industry in mainland China. The full-day event featured historical China and US government keynotes from the CAAC and NTSB respectively, as well as presentation sessions covering various SMS focused topics in areas of flight operations, aircraft maintenance and ground handling from industry-leading companies.

AsBAA recognized the event’s sponsors – Haite Group, Gulfstream, Boeing, Bell Helicopter, and China Aviation Rescue & Emergency for all their valuable support. The event’s presentation topics included, but were not limited to, The Importance of Professionalism and Cultivating a Safety Culture, Safety Management System (SMS) in Business Aviation, and Best Practices and Strengthening Cooperation on Investigation to Ensure General Aviation Safety. Several expert panel discussions were held throughout the day centred around the sharing of advice on safety related best practices gained through years of experience at various organizations across the business aviation community.

The event concluded with a social networking cocktail on the beautiful 14th floor of the Haite Walk Clouds Hotel with both local Chengdu snacks and American BBQ delicacies. “On behalf of AsBAA and the Haite Group, I would like to personally thank all the keynote speakers, sponsors and attendees for sharing their expert insight and experiences in the importance of cultivating a positive safety culture within our industry,” said Paul Desgrosseilliers, General Manager of ExecuJet Haite and Vice-Chairman of AsBAA.
