Experiences booked using SingapoRediscover Vouchers can be enjoyed up till 31 March 2022

Bookings must still be made by 31 December 2021.

Singaporeans can now use their SingapoRediscovers Vouchers (SRVs) for eligible attraction, hotel and tour experiences all the way until 31 March 2022, provided they book the experiences before 31 December 2021.

“In April this year, we announced that the SRV scheme would end on 31 December 2021 and that all experiences booked using SRVs would have to take place before that date. However, we understand that some Singaporeans may not have been able to use their SRVs due to reduced group sizes and capacity limits at tourism establishments. This extension allows Singaporeans more time to enjoy their SRV experiences.

We strongly encourage Singaporeans to plan ahead and book their experiences early, especially for the upcoming festive season and school holidays in December and March.”

From today, the five authorised booking partners (viz., Changi Recommends, GlobalTix, Klook, Traveloka and Trip.com) will add more booking slots for experiences that can be enjoyed up till 31 March 2022.

Those who need assistance can bring their original identification documents to book their experiences at the physical SRV booking counters across Singapore before 31 December 2021. From 1 Jan 2022, the authorised booking partners will no longer accept tourism bookings made using SRVs and all physical SRV counters will be closed.

Singaporeans who wish to donate their SRV can browse the five authorised booking partners’ donation options. We encourage them to make their donations well before 31 December 2021. Donations can also be made through the physical SRV booking counters.

Singaporeans are also reminded that reselling or exchanging the SRVs for cash is strictly not allowed. STB conducts regular checks to ensure the SRVs are used for their intended purposes and will not hesitate to take action against businesses or individuals that abuse the SRV scheme.

As of 1 November 2021, close to 1.3 million Singaporeans have used their SingapoRediscovers Vouchers (SRV) at least once, making over 1.6 million transactions. Collectively, about $256 million in vouchers and additional expenditure have been spent under the scheme.
