Diethelm Travel Group appoints new North America representative

Adam Szymanksi to further grow the United States and Canada markets.

Bangkok, Thailand – Diethelm Travel Group recently appointed Adam Szymanski as its new North America representative in charge of further establishing the company’s reach throughout the United States and Canada.

Victor Mogilev, Diethelm Travel’s Group Director of Sales, said: “Adam’s past experience managing DMC brands and vast network of contacts perfectly position him to take on this title and help grow Diethelm Travel’s presence across the region.”

Based in the United States, Szymanski joins Diethelm with nearly a decade of experience in travel representation, sales and brand management. Beginning by creating African safari itineraries, he soon moved over to the supplier side of the industry representing more than 37 hotels, camps and DMCs across Africa with Travel Marketing Worldwide.

From there, Szymanski became the North American representative for Singita through JG Black Book of Travel. Szymanski most recently represented a collection of 26 hotels and six DMCs, including The Fullerton Hotel and Fullerton Bay Hotel in Singapore, as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Passages of Distinction.

Through these responsibilities, he’s cultivated close relationships with travel advisers and operators across North America, particularly in key markets such as New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle, as well as played a key role in establishing strong brand recognition for various DMCs across six continents.

“Diethelm Travel Group has long held close ties to our European markets and now looks forward to continuing building the same level of recognition and relationships throughout North America, welcoming a new wave of Canadian and American travellers,” Mogilev concluded.
