“Colours by Europe. Tastes of Excellence.” campaign launch

After China, Japan and the United States, the EU is Thailand’s fourth largest trading partner, accounting for 7.5 percent of the country’s overall trade. EU agri-food represents 8.9% of the EU’s total export to Thailand.

Bangkok, Thailand – “Colours by Europe. Tastes of Excellence.” campaign, which presents and promotes European Union (EU) agricultural food products, was launched in Thailand on the 24th July 2021, via an online event. The campaign’s goal is to raise awareness of the quality, authenticity, safety and sustainability of EU agricultural products, as well as to advance a better understanding of the EU’s “Farm to Fork” model for a fair, healthy and environmentally friendly food system. To show the added value of EU ingredients and their origins in the 27 EU countries, the campaign will take consumers on a cultural journey with colourful, mouth-watering food stories. These stories will reveal a variety of authentic European food and drinks through consumer events, retail promotions, HoReCa activities, public relations activities, and social media activations in Thailand.
