Americans welcomed back to Brisbane – Australia’s gateway city

The five times per week direct services will be operated on an A330-200 aircraft, with flights departing BNE at 10:00am and departing LAX at 10:20am.

Qantas Airways and Brisbane Airport celebrated the return of the nonstop flight between Brisbane (BNE) and Los Angeles (LAX).  For the first time in two years, American travelers can now fly direct to Australia’s gateway city.

Home to amazing wildlife and nature, Brisbane is a tropical river city with a vibrant food scene and access to some of the most pristine natural waterways (surfing, swimming and scuba diving only an hour from the city!), wineries and the well-known Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary where travelers can meet Australia’s favorite residents.

Host to the 2032 Olympics, Brisbane is the perfect launching pad for an Australian vacation. The five times per week direct services will be operated on an A330-200 aircraft, with flights departing BNE at 10:00am and departing LAX at 10:20am.
