Alessandra Priante, Director – Regional Department for Europe at World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) talks about the restart of the tourism industry and the future after the coronavirus pandemic.

  • You are here in Greece, on the occasion of the 66th UNWTO Regional Commission for Europe. Would you please explain the functions of the Commission and of the Meeting?
  • We are in a period where all the countries in thw world are looking for tourism to restart. Was that subject discussed and what were the conclusions or decisions?
  • We understand that the Meeting was well attended. Would you please tell us what were the main issues discussed and what is the main message to be related to the tourism industry?
