Accor receives top honour – Awarded Employer of Choice by industry experts

The award takes into account the work of organisations who create a fulfilling and healthy workplace, this means they must be an employer that provides outstanding initiatives such as career paths, suitable learning and development opportunities, and appropriately acknowledging a job well done.

Accor, has won the prestigious Wagestream EMPLOYER OF CHOICE Award (>1,000 team members) at the 2022 Australian HR Awards. The award takes into account the work of organisations who create a fulfilling and healthy workplace, this means they must be an employer that provides outstanding initiatives such as career paths, suitable learning and development opportunities, and appropriately acknowledging a job well done. The winner is also recognised for retaining and attracting team members, and for providing benefits such as motivation, work-life balance, career opportunities, flexibility and meaningful work, alongside remuneration.

Accor have implemented a number of initiatives to attract, retain and develop talent, whilst increasing flexibility and benefits for teams. Example initiatives include Accor’s revolutionary Work Your Way at Accor initiative, which offers increased flexibility and benefits, along with same day hire where a candidate can be interviewed, hired and start working all on the very same day.
