Caters to DMOs, Brands Pursuing Burgeoning Group of Chinese Outbound Tourists.

SANTA MONICA, Calif. - Hylink Digital (Hylink), the largest independent digital advertising agency in China, announced the launch of its new subsidiary, Hylink Travel.

With over 129 million Chinese outbound travelers in 2017, Hylink seeks to leverage its decades of experience in the China advertising space toward working with the many destination marketing organizations (DMOs) and travel brands actively targeting this ever-expanding consumer group.

Since opening its Western headquarters in Santa Monica, Calif. in 2016, Hylink has been retained by industry leaders such as Brand USA, San Francisco Travel Association (SFTA), and Hawaiian Airlines to execute digital campaigns across various platforms. Hylink's longstanding spectrum of services extend to its newly established travel segment, including social media, influencer engagement, media buy, SEO/SEM, analytics, and beyond.

"Not only do we see tremendous market opportunity in the Chinese outbound travel space, but there is an important element of intercultural connection and understanding," said Su Tong, CEO and Founder of Hylink. "Travel is an essential component of becoming a global citizen, and we feel fortunate to be able to facilitate this among Chinese travelers."

Humphrey Ho, Managing Director of Hylink USA, is spearheading the expansion of Hylink's travel arm.

"Our goal is to provide best-in-class digital advertising services to travel industry clients and to serve as their strategic advisors; ultimately leaving them better informed on the Chinese consumer behaviors, media, and technology that is essential for success within what is a highly complex market," Ho explained.

Along with Brand USA, SFTA, and Hawaiian Airlines, Hylink currently services over 20 DMOs and travel brands in the U.S. and UK. The agency's work has been recognized by the Shorty Awards, Effie Awards, CI Weekly, and Campaign, among others.
