PUNE – Hyatt Reg ency Pune, launched The Bakehouse, their in-house patisserie that caters to serving the best bakes in town. Launched in the first week of April, it was a grand event served with the best of wine, chocolates, and beverages.
The newly launched bakehouse’s menu consists of desserts and mouth-watering delicacies ranging from juices, shakes, and wraps. The range of juices comprises from orange, carrot, bubble and melon blush both refreshing with the choice of different fruits and vegetables that go into the making. The smoothies on the other hand include the classic almond banana to one that is for the fitness enthusiasts the vegan almond protein shake. The bakehouse has opened with all dishes priced to be easy on the pocket.
The wraps and roll include chilla wrap for desi lovers and Caesar wraps for those who loved the crunch from Caesar salad on their wrap. A variety of salads in mason jars and croissants in delectable flavours are yet another must-try on the menu. Serving croissants infused with Indian flavours like the paneer khurchan, kukkad wherein the chicken cooked in tandoor
served inside flaky croissants with egg white and spicy mayo will make your tastebuds drool.
The charcuterie board innovated with cold cuts and served in a French baguette is yet another star dish on the menu that is a must-try. The desserts at the bakehouse are not be missed as they comprise the best of pastries and cakes.
The bakehouse gleams with aesthetic and picturesque interiors which are sure to make eyes turn around while the quick bites are enjoyed. The lobby is vibrant and gives a good look and feel. The Bakehouse is a great place for corporate clientele, leisure travellers, family dinners, and even in-house guests.
