Accor announced a record level of hotel bookings over the weekend in Sydney, driven by a convergence of major music and sporting events throughout the city.
The star-studded weekend featured iconic performances by global sensations Taylor Swift at Accor Stadium, Blink-182 at Qudos Bank Arena, and the SailGP Sydney sailing competition across the city’s iconic harbor.
This led to unprecedented levels of interest for Accor’s 40 Sydney hotels and its ALL-Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.
The massive influx of fans pouring into Sydney not only electrified the atmosphere but also fuelled the engine of the NSW tourism industry, creating a ripple effect of opportunities and economic growth.

The crowning jewel of the weekend was Taylor Swift’s historic The Eras Tour concerts at Accor Stadium, drawing an astounding 335,000 fans for a series of unforgettable performances. Taylor Swift, the first artist to play four successive concerts at Accor Stadium on a single tour, has set the stage for a year filled with spectacular events at the venue, including P!NK, NRL, Bledisloe Cup and Coldplay.
