BANGKOK – Thai Vietjet joined hands with the major leading travel agent in Thailand Tourladfah Co., Ltd. launching a direct international flight service between Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) and Okinawa (Japan).

The new service Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) – Okinawa will be operated by the airline’s charter flight service, with the frequency of 2 flights per week, every Thursday and Sunday, starting from March 16, 2023, according to the following flight schedule:

The collaboration between Thai Viejet and Tourladfah broadens a new opportunity for both service providers. Thai Vietjet is the leading low-cost carrier, serving flights service to many top domestic and international destinations. On the other hand, Tourladfah is the leading tour operator specializing in outbound travel to Japan. Both believe the new cooperative service will help stimulate the travel market between both countries. Japan is the top destination among Thai travelers, and Okinawa is a historic city in Japan which has outstanding architecture, traditional culture, as well as beautiful natural landscapes that impress tourists from around the world.

Thai Vietjet continuously expands its wing to new markets and embraces new opportunities. The new service Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) and Okinawa (Japan) has great support from Tourladfah, Okinawa Convention & Visitors Bureau (OCBV) and local authorities. With Thai Vietjet’s strategy to serve and further invest in Japan market, the airline also expects the rising demand for inbound Japanese tourists to Thailand.
