Hosted Buyer applications open for MEETINGS 2022

Hosted Buyers can choose to commit to either a two-day appointment diary, or a one-day programme designed to make effective use of their time.

Hosted Buyer applications are now open for Business Events Industry Aotearoa’s MEETINGS 2022 on 15 and 16 June in Ōtautahi Christchurch.
 
BEIA Chief Executive, Lisa Hopkins says MEETINGS has been recognised for 25 years as New Zealand’s unmissable flagship business events tradeshow.
 
After 2021’s hugely successful show, MEETINGS will again be the must-attend event for 2022. In two days, across one spacious floor at the new Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre, buyers can pre-schedule appointments with their choice of over 150 exhibitors from 18 regions across New Zealand. We are inviting anyone planning conferences, product launches, incentive experiences, roadshows, and team-building events in Aotearoa New Zealand to apply,” she says.

The MEETINGS’ Hosted Buyer experience includes a personalised diary of appointments, as well as complimentary air travel, accommodation, registration, and tickets to the opening ceremony, welcome function and gala celebration. They will also be invited to attend the Celebrity Speakers’ Showcase, Tourism New Zealand’s Regional Showcase, and professional development sessions.
 
Australian Hosted Buyers are being offered the opportunity to extend their stay and arrive the weekend prior to MEETINGS 2022 to experience more of what New Zealand has to offer.
