A delegation of 40 inbound tour operators from Australia’s leading agencies arrived in Cairns to participate in a revised and revitalised Inbound Up North familiarisation event that will take place between Wed 1 and Sunday 5 November in Cairns and its magnificent surrounds.

The official journey with 40 of the far north’s tourism- party people started taking in Dunk Island Resort, Mungalli Falls and the wonderful areas in between.

NQ’s signature event, Inbound Up North is now in its seventh year – however this is the first time it has showcased the southern and tablelands regions. Previous events have highlighted Cairns, Port Douglas and Palm Cove.

This year is also the first time that everybody have been taken on the road – which is good for the sellers or NQ supplier members – who for three days, will be able to get to know and bond with the visitors who are key contacts in the international tourism distribution network.

Other stops on the way include Skybury Coffee at Mareeba and Kuranda before the group make the last leg of the jouney in Kuranda Scenic Railway’s Gold Class carriage.
