Uniglobe selects MobileXpense for Global T&E Management Program

Uniglobe Travel International has partnered with Belgium-based MobileXpense on a program to offer business travellers savings on online expense reporting and analysis. Adopters of the new Uniglobe Travel and Expense Management program could save as much as 65% on operating costs related to business travel.

“The cost to manually process employee travel and expense reports can eat up a significant share of a company’s operating budget,” says Uniglobe Vice President of Global Operations Amanda Close. “With MobileXpense, our agencies globally can now offer travel and expense management solutions as part of a suite of value-added, business travel services.”

MobileXpense centrally calculates travel costs and expenses entered by employees anywhere in the world, in real time. The system can electronically capture company credit card purchases, calculate VAT reimbursements in 30 countries and produce on-demand graphs, spreadsheets and analyses. Founded in 2000 and useable in 14 languages, the award-winning platform has earned the attention of Fortune 500 companies.

Says MobileXpense Global Travel Channel Manager Giuseppe Patacca, “MobileXpense software can reduce a company’s direct T&E costs by up to 15 percent and related operating costs by up to 65 percent, by saving administrative time normally involved in compiling and processing travel and expense claims. It is suitable for companies with as few as ten or as many as ten thousand employees. The only prerequisite is that they travel.”
