Trip Affiliates Network launches Dynamic Membership Reward Voucher Solutions

Trip Affiliates Network (TA Network) – the cloud-based turnkey solutions provider and hospitality and travel tech platform, announced the launch of its dynamic voucher mechanism software with Far East Hospitality’s (FEH) portfolio of hotels. Far East Hospitality operates within Singapore – representing over 16 properties and a total of 4,395 rooms.

TA Network develops IaaS/SaaS technology solutions for the travel and hospitality sector, providing hotels and their business channels with innovative and integrated services. Developed in-house with its proprietary technology and in partnership with Tribe Rewards, the dynamic e-voucher management solution empowers clients to drive direct bookings with targeted online promotions and packages. Enabling voucher redemptions to be processed efficiently.

In addition to selling basic hotel staycation packages, using both static and dynamic rates, FEH hotels now have the option of selling multiple room nights or credit vouchers which can be redeemed multiple times for one or more properties in a chain hotel. Importantly, it resolves a major industry pain point by automating the entire voucher redemption and room booking process, eliminating extensive manual processes selling vouchers, thereby significantly lifting staff productivity and erasing errors.
