TAT Governor, Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool, inaugurated the “WOW! Amazing Thailand Passport Privileges” at Suvarnabhumi Airport, enhancing visitor experiences.
BANGKOK, THAILAND – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Governor, Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool, alongside senior executives from Suvarnabhumi Airport, the Immigration Bureau, and Thailand Privilege Card, welcomed tourists at Suvarnabhumi Airport, marking the official launch of the “WOW! Amazing Thailand Passport Privileges” campaign, running from 1 November to 10 December 2024.
The executives warmly greet arriving tourists with iconic “Must Do” Thai souvenirs that capture the essence of Thailand’s rich culture. These souvenirs span categories such as Must Taste (Thai cuisine), Must Try (Muay Thai martial arts), Must Buy (Thai textiles and handicrafts), Must Seek (notable tourism sites and cultural heritage), and Must See (traditional Thai performances).
Ms. Thapanee said “The campaign is a joint initiative by TAT and our partners to increase international tourist spending by offering an exceptional shopping experience. Travellers can enjoy exclusive discounts and privileges on a range of top tourism products at participating businesses.”
Highlights of the “WOW! Amazing Thailand Passport Privileges” Campaign:
- WOW Thailand Must Do Souvenir: Own unique Thai crafts, available only at WOW Thailand Passport Privileges Booths at Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, and Phuket Airports.
- WOW Thailand Must Do Package: Special deals for the first 10,000 tourists who register on the campaign’s website and redeem deals in the WOW Deals section; limited to 10,000 deals.
- WOW Thailand Lucky Number: Every 10,000th tourist will receive a “Lucky Number Package” worth 35,000 THB.
- WOW Thailand Big Surprise: Enter for a chance to win prizes worth over 300,000 THB by registering on the website and the winner will be announced on December 13, 2024 (Selection will be done through a computer system)
