Office Investment across reservations and guest services adds to Synergy’s on-the-ground presence across India.
LONDON, UK – Synergy Global Housing (Synergy), a leader in end-to-end serviced accommodation programme management, has announced the significant growth of its operational presence in India through the addition of reservations and guest services teams to its Bangalore office, in a move that will shore-up the company’s local presence across India and the APAC region as a whole. In 2022 alone, Synergy has increased the number of associates across its Bangalore, Singapore and Shanghai offices by 46% as the company seeks to better support its clients with their business travel and mobility objectives.
The growth of Synergy’s Bangalore office will ensure the company can provide localised and cost-effective serviced accommodation solutions, specific to the complexities of India, via its in-market associates and global leadership team of APAC experts.
The multi award-winning company is also currently tax registered in 4 Indian states including Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Maharashtra and Tellangana, and has the ability to bill its clients in Indian Rupees. For clients with local entities across India, this may result in additional savings across taxation and foreign exchange costs associated with their serviced accommodation programmes.
