Pre-opening GM Rutjiret Ananphong to continue in the role after hotel opens early 2023.
BANGKOK, THAILAND – Centara Hotels & Resorts, Thailand’s leading hotel operator, has confirmed the appointment of Rutjiret Ananphong to the position of General Manager of Centara Ubon.
The Thai native has been with Centara Ubon’s pre-opening team as General Manager since August 2022 and will continue overseeing and directing all aspects of operations when the hotel officially opens next year.
A respected member of the Centara Hotels & Resorts group, Ms. Rutjiret joined Centara Ubon from her position as General Manager of COSI Krabi Ao Nang Beach, where she successfully opened the property at the beginning of COVID-19 and managed to position to the Top 10 of Best Review of Hotel in Krabi on TripAdvisor. She has also previously held the roles of Hotel Manager at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa Krabi and Resort Manager at Centra by Centara Coconut Beach Resort Samui.
Ms. Rutjiret brings with her over 20 years of experience, which in addition to Centara, includes time with Chiva-Som International Health Resort, Twinpalms Phuket, Iniala Beach House, and Buri Rasa Village Samui.
A proven track record in guest experience management and an equally vibrant personality makes Ms. Rutjiret the ideal candidate for leading the team at Centara Ubon, where community, sustainability and convenience create the ideal destination for family retreats, romantic getaways and business events.
