Novotel Bali Benoa opens new chapter following major refurbishement

The refurbishment of Novotel Bali Benoa will continue in the coming weeks, with upgrades to the meeting rooms, kids club and fitness centre set to be completed by December 2022, and work on the tennis court expected to finish in February 2023.

Novotel Bali Benoa has reopened following a major renovation that will reposition this beachfront resort for an exciting new chapter of modern and intuitive international hospitality with an unmistakable Balinese accent.

Nestled on the golden sands of Tanjung Benoa Beach, amid a landscape of fragrant flowers, tropical trees and reflective ponds, Novotel Bali Benoa is a popular resort that blends traditional Balinese architecture with contemporary facilities for today’s travellers. With 187 rooms and suites, including family options with bunk beds and PlayStations, plus Beach Cabanas and Private Pool Villas, every guest can enjoy stress-free stays. Four inviting restaurants and bars, three outdoor swimming pools, a soothing spa and exceptional event spaces make this resort ideal for every occasion, from family vacations and couples’ breaks to out-of-town meetings and beachfront weddings.

Following this comprehensive refurbishment, Novotel Bali Benoa is now ready to welcome the world back to paradise with refreshed interiors and revitalized amenities. Travellers can look forward relaxing in a revamped pool and beachfront zone, following stylish renovations to the Penida Pool, Nirwana Pool and Crocokiss Pool, as well as the landscaped tropical gardens. This attractive area will also set the stage for authentic cultural performances on an outdoor stage.

Travellers can now chill out at the upgraded Cocos Beach Restaurant & Bar, with a choice of comfy seats and beanbags overlooking the Indian Ocean, and share meaningful moments at Uluwatu Restaurant, which is famous for its themed buffets and interactive culinary experiences. The resort’s premium accommodation, including the Beach Cabanas, Pool Villas and Beach Villas, have been uplifted with a warm and modern colour palette.

“Novotel believes that quality time is about making everyday moments matter. Each of our hotels and resorts is intuitively designed to allow every guest to disconnect from their busy lives and enjoy rewarding experiences, including time to connect with family, friends and colleagues. The new-look Novotel Bali Benoa is a great example of this philosophy in action,” said Garth Simmons, Chief Executive Officer of Accor Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea.

“We are delighted to open a new chapter in the long and successful history of Novotel Bali Benoa. Our beautiful resort has always been full of character and Balinese heritage. Now, this will be complemented with brand new facilities, including an impressive beach and swimming pool area, to ensure our position as one of the leading places to work, stay and play in Tanjung Benoa,” said Guillermo Bastarrica, General Manager of Novotel Bali Benoa.

The refurbishment of Novotel Bali Benoa will continue in the coming weeks, with upgrades to the meeting rooms, kids club and fitness centre set to be completed by December 2022, and work on the tennis court expected to finish in February 2023. The revitalized facilities will complement the extensive array of amenities and activities already offered at the resort, including the beauty salon, boutique, In Balance Spa, bicycle rental, water sports and an ice-cream pavilion.
