Marriott Bonvoy launches curated stay experiences in Hong Kong to celebrate Gay Games 11 Hong Kong 2023

Hong Kong expects to welcome over 7,000 participants and 25,000 spectators for the first Gay Games in Asia in its 40-year history.

HONG KONG – As Platinum sponsor for Gay Games 11 Hong Kong 2023 (GGHK), Marriott BonvoyMarriott International’s extraordinary portfolio of 30 hotel brands, award-winning loyalty program, and endless experiences – invites international visitors and locals alike to celebrate the historic event next year with a slew of promotional offers. Featuring 13 participating hotels from the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio in the city, Marriott Bonvoy’s “Feel Your Pride and Share Your Love” stay experiences are set to promise an unforgettable, Pride-filled Hong Kong experience.

From now until 14 November 2023, Marriott Bonvoy offers an exclusive, tailored experience package, “Feel Your Pride and Share Your Love”, at all participating hotels for stays between 31 October, 2023 and 14 November, 2023. Each hotel stay experience features a wide array of unique add-ons from Pride-themed welcome gifts, tickets to must-visit attractions and Octopus cards.

The “Feel Your Pride and Share Your Love” stay experiences are now available for booking via the Marriott Bonvoy website or mobile app. To make the most out of their stay, guests can also join Marriott Bonvoy for free to start earning points towards hotel stays and dining to redeem for complimentary nights, exclusive Marriott Bonvoy MomentsTM experiences, and more.

Gay Games 11 is co-hosted with Guadalajara and will be held in both Asia and Latin America for the first time in its 40-year history.

New sports added for Hong Kong feature Dodgeball, Trail Running, Dragonboat and the “mind sport” of Mahjong, in addition to Badminton, Field Hockey, Fencing, Football (Soccer), Marathon (half/full), Swimming, Road Races (5/10 km), Martial Arts, Rowing, Rugby Sevens, Sailing, Squash, Table Tennis, Tennis and Track & Field.
