InsideAsia Tours has launched a number of South Korean tailored trips to showcase the country and culture.

BROOMFIELD, CO – After more than two years, InsideAsia Tours, the award-winning specialist tour operator focusing on Asian destinations, is gearing up for the return of travel to Asia with the latest announcement from South Korea that it will reopen its borders to international visitors, dropping the mandatory quarantine requirement for fully vaccinated travelers from April 1, 2022. InsideAsia Tours provides its trade partners and travelers with unrivaled destination intelligence, travel planning, and in-country support across South Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, Borneo, Singapore, and Hong Kong with more destinations to come like Balkan Tours.

This is excellent news indeed and hugely exciting for travel,” said Jeff Krevitt, Inside Travel Group’s Vice President of Marketing, Americas. “South Korea is one of InsideAsia Tours’ key destinations and we cannot wait to begin helping our trade partners and their customers discover this incredible country and its rich culture. As this is all breaking news, we’re working with our partners on the ground in South Korea to get all the answers as the details emerge, and we identify new developments that occurred over the past two years.”

Entry Requirements According to the Korea Tourism Organization:
Visitors must have received either three Covid vaccination doses or two vaccine doses, with the second dose having been administered within the last six months before entering.   A negative PCR test must also be carried out 48 hours before take-off, with two additional PCR/antigen tests needed on days one and six.

South Korea is bursting with quirk, charm, and cultural riches but has remained somewhat under the radar to most. While the cherry blossom viewing spots, hiking trails, and tantalizing food may draw some visitors here, it’s the folklore, 5,000 years’ worth of palpable history, and the gregarious, garrulous locals that will capture your heart. This ancient land also offers a state-of-the-art transportation system that makes even some of the nation’s most remote corners accessible within just a few hours.

InsideAsia Tours has launched a number of South Korean tailored trips to showcase the country and culture.

As is usual with the ‘Inside way’, we take in the classic sights and have a few of our favorite off-radar places and experiences to help people get beneath the surface of this intriguing country,” Krevitt added, “This is a big moment for InsideAsia and even bigger for South Korea.”
