IMPACT Speed Park launches Champion Racer initiative

IMPACT Speed Park has proved a resounding hit with leisure seekers in the Bangkok metropolis as well as much wider afield.

IMPACT Speed Park is proud to announce its latest exciting initiative to provide ever increasing value to its rapidly growing consumer base, the ‘IMPACT Speed Park Champion Racer‘ contest.

Since its launch on 1 December 2017, IMPACT Speed Park has proved a resounding hit with leisure seekers in the Bangkok metropolis as well as much wider afield. The venue is well on its way to becoming a core Thai leisure destination. User numbers have been above the initial projections and especially pleasing was the high level of return visitors. The primary operational model, ‘Arrive & Drive‘, revolves around every user having their lap times recorded.

To offer consumers added value and a tangible challenge, IMPACT Speed Park will be holding a ‘Fastest Time of the Month‘ contest across three categories – Adult Male, Adult Female and Child (up to age of 14 years old).

Each month, the winners of the three category receive an exclusive trophy and a permanent place on our ‘Wall of Fame‘. To make each month truly unique, the track layout is revised to create a new challenge.

IMPACT Speed Park is very pleased to announce it will leverage this initiative further with the introduction of the monthly ‘IMPACT Speed Park Champion Racer‘ contest which will increase the scope of the contest to allow the top 10 fastest drivers in the Adult Male, and the top five in the Adult Female and Child categories, to go forward into the unique invitation-only ‘Race of Champions’.

Under the slogan ‘Now Everyone Can Enjoy Speed‘, IMPACT Speed Park’s core aim is to allow all users of any or no experience levels to enjoy the thrills of speed on a racetrack, in a very safe and fun environment. To further enhance the experience, IMPACT Speed Park has introduced a ‘race meeting‘ format for the ‘IMPACT Speed Park Champion Racer‘. Each group will start with a Qualifying Practice. Following a short break, it will be back out onto the track for the Qualifying Race (Race 1). The Final Race (Race 2) will then decide the winner.

There will be more at stake than just the highly-coveted title of ‘IMPACT Speed Park Champion Racer‘ for the month, as the winner of each group will walk away with a whole ranges of prizes – including adidas motorsport gloves, exclusive IMPACT Speed Park t-shirts, IMPACT SPEED PARK go-kart sessions and Breeze Cafe & Bar dining vouchers.

The ‘IMPACT SpeedPark Champion Racer‘ initiative starts from June 2017.

Piyathida Thurachon, Director of Leisure & Entertainment, said “We have really worked to ensure that IMPACT Speed Park is accessible to all walks of life and that everyone can have maximum enjoyment of the track. We have been delighted by the cross section of people have visited and in particular how quickly we have made a footprint in the tourist market as well as niche categories such as students and of course corporate users. Our strategy is to build on that accessibility and all our initiatives are designed so that everyone has the chance to win. So we’re very excited to introduce the ‘Champion Racer’ that will really allow users the opportunity to qualify this contest every time they take to the track.”
