HARS Systems<.>, Inc. through its wholly owned subsidiary, VIP International Corporation, a proven business generator for hotels and car rental companies around the globe through the Internet, the Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), and VIP International`s own Reservation Sales Center (voice reservation service), announced that, since August, 2001, it has successfully signed formal agreements to provide 95 hotels and five independent rental car companies throughout Asia Pacific, Europe, and North and South America with reservation technology and e-commerce marketing services.
