Erawan Group PCL announces new organizational Structure and Leadership Movement

The Erawan Group PCL, (the parent company) will focus on strengthening its 3-5-star hotels portfolio to enhance its competitiveness and financial returns as well as developing new selective assets.

The Erawan Group PCL. announces that the company will re-organize its structure to be more specialized and to strengthen its position for success in a fast-evolving industry. The new structure will empower two entities, each with its own expertise and mission.

The Erawan Group PCL, (the parent company) will focus on strengthening its 3-5-star hotels portfolio to enhance its competitiveness and financial returns as well as developing new selective assets. While Erawan HOP INN Company Limited, (a subsidy of The Erawan Group PCL), will expand HOP INN in APAC while maintaining its competitive advantage and leading position as the most consistent budget hotel brand.

Following these changes, the Board of Directors have considered reorganizing the company’s senior leadership to align with the new structure, and have resolved on meeting date November 14, 2022, to appoint Mr. Youssef EL KHOMRI as the new President for the Erawan Group PCL. Effective January 1st, 2023.

Mr. Youssef, currently holding the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Erawan Group PCL, has been working with the company for 14 years and has held various managerial positions in hotels operations and asset management. His extensive knowledge, expertise and passion for the hospitality industry has been a great asset for the company and has proven ability to execute the Erawan Group PCL future strategy.

Mr. Petch Krainukul, current President of The Erawan Group PCL, will resign from his role with effective 1 January 2023. He will be taking the role of President for Khun Petch Krinukul. Mr. Petch has played a key role in the company’s success thus far and will now lead the accelerated growth strategy of HOP INN brand. Furthermore, Mr. Petch will remain a board member of the Erawan Group PCL.
