China Southern Airlines<.>Guangzhou and Tokyo on April 19.

The new daily China Southern Airlines route will use the state-of-the-art Boeing 777B aircraft and marks the carrier`s third service to Japan including its Guangzhou-Osaka and Guangzhou-Fukuoka operations.

Also starting April 19, China Southern will offer daily service between Guangzhou-Osaka.

said Mr. Wang Changshun, President, China Southern Airlines. Mr. Wang added that because of limited runway space at Tokyo International Airport, China Southern had been prevented operational flight approval.

Tokyo International Airport will open its second runway on April 18 and the new China Southern Airlines service begins the following day, said Mr. Wang.
