In order to provide passengers with better and more efficient ground service, China Airlines will move its services from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1 in New York`s JFK International Airport, beginning on October 30.
After moving to Terminal 1, China Airlines is able to take advantage of newer facilities, more convenient transportation access, better passenger access services, and more spacious check-in counters. In addition, airplanes can directly connect to the bridges at Terminal 1. All these benefits will provide CAL passengers with more efficient aircraft boarding and disembarking services, and with higher quality ground service.
At the same time, newly assigned ground service agent WFS will appoint more Chinese speaking staff to provide a more personal touch for CAL Chinese speaking passengers.
