Acesite (Phils.) Hotel Corporation (APHC), owner of Holiday Inn Manila, has announced that it has received a notice of pre-termination of its Hotel Management Agreement from Holiday Inn (Philippines), Inc. as a result of differences in the interpretation of the said agreement, effective February 28, 2003.

APHC re-assures its patrons of continued dedication to service excellence, guests` comfort, security and satisfaction, and consistent adherence to the hospitality industry guidelines and requirements.
