Brisbane’s new M&A to welcome first guests in late November

M&A is $250 million development in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. It comprises a 12-level 17,000 sqm office tower (825 Ann St) and is fully leased by blue-chip tenants. A 21-level, one and two-bedroom apartment residential tower with 234 residences.

BRISBANE – Fortitude Valley’s newest landmark mixed-use development, M&A, will add a welcome boost to Brisbane’s dwindling self-contained apartment supply when it opens a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments targeting both business and leisure travellers later this month.

The $250 million M&A project comprises 234 apartments offering a mix of long and short stay accommodation, permanent residential, commercial and retail space. Onsite managers will welcome the first guests to M&A Apartments from 18 November – and late November will also see some of the city’s hottest new restaurants and bars opening on the ground floor of the building, in M&A Lane.

Bordered by Ann, McLachlan and Connor Streets, M&A Apartments are ideally positioned adjacent to the cosmopolitan James Street shopping precinct, ten minutes walk from Brisbane’s CBD and offering easy access to public transport and Brisbane’s domestic and international airports.

Spread over 21 levels, the onsite managers are confident that M&A Apartments will become the corporate accommodation ‘of choice’ for the range of nearby blue-chip companies as well as the discerning leisure traveller.

Onsite guest facilities include a private open-air recreation deck, which is accessible via a suspended fly bridge.  The ‘Rec Deck’ features a 20m-lap pool, shade trees and grassed relaxation zones with views of the Valley and New Farm.

Upon entering the one- and two-bedroom self-contained apartments, guests will enjoy beautiful CBD skyline or Valley vistas from generous private balconies and the convenience of a full size kitchen and laundry complete with European appliances.  Each apartment is immaculately furnished and carries a distinctive modern, executive-style feel.

Offering stays from one to 60 nights, M&A Apartments will appeal to both corporate and leisure travellers affording ready access to public transport networks plus the Valley’s famed entertainment, shopping and dining hot spots.

The large-scale project will also welcome some of Brisbane’s most well-known restaurant and bar identities from late November, with M&A Lane creating a unique ‘Urban Lounge’ where visitors can dine, relax, shop and socialise and take advantage of the onsite concierge service and complimentary Wi-Fi.
