BHMAsia affirms the uniqueness of X2 Resorts as a design hotel brand

BHMAsia successfully managed to position the X2 Resorts brand since last year and prepares the opening of a new property in Koh Kood.

BANGKOK – X2 Resorts has proven its market appeal and success through consistent year on year occupancy and revenue growth and more recently with improved room rates and overall performance since BHMAsia assumed management of resort last year. Significant improvements in online activities, sales, social media and operational upgrades at the resort have all contributed to this strong success.

The PR & Marketing team has used their worldwide expertise and experience to promote the X2 Resorts in domestic and regional markets through various sources of media and social networks. This is a strong area in which resorts can improve brand awareness and build brand recognition. Thus most bookings recently made at X2 Resorts have come directly through the resort’s website.

BHMAsia manages two X2 resorts in Thailand; X2 Kui Buri in Prachuab Khiri Khan which is just under three hours away from Bangkok by car and X2 Samui in Surat Thani, only one hour flight from Bangkok. Coming soon is the new X2 Residence on Koh Kood, an island on Thailand’s East Coast.

At X2 Koh Kood there will be just 20 Fully Serviced Resort Residences comprising 14 boutique ‘Pool villas’ and 6 Ultra Chic ‘Island Suites’. These first class residences will open in 2014 and as with all X2 Resorts have access to all the normal 5 Star facilities and service such as Spa, In Room Dining, Library and Business centre, Gym/fitness room and of course direct access to a plethora of water sports and other activities, afforded them via our resort alongside.

This is partly achieved via architectural design, but more importantly through natural beauty of the location and the meshing of the structures with the canvas provided by nature. It is worth noting that X2 Kui Buri recently won the Architectural Awards 2012 (Citation Award) by the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage, a sure sign of the outstanding design features of the X2 brand.”
