Bali, Indonesia - Aqua Expeditions has announced new fleet additions, Aqua Blu and Aqua Nera, with Aqua Blu being its first ever coastal ship, and first-ever long-range expedition-class yacht to be permanently based in the East Indonesian Archipelago with year-round departures.

In addition, there is a 12-night Limited Cross-Destination Voyage with four departures a year, each sailing a different route that explores multiple destinations in East Indonesia on a single itinerary and discovering exotic locales such as The Forgotten Islands.

The former British Naval Explorer HMS Beagle, Aqua Blu offers 15 sea-facing suites in 3 cabin categories, on-board certified dive guides, an outdoor plunge pool, spa and watersports equipment such as diving and snorkelling gear, kayaks and standup paddleboards. The ship is also equipped with two high-powered tenders for sea excursions.

Meanwhile, the new Aqua Nera river cruise boat, designed and constructed in Vietnam, will sail to the Peruvian Amazon, where it will begin operations on 1 August 2020.

Both Aqua Blu and Aqua Nera will be open for booking from 7 May 2019.
