Air Astana restores full network
Air Astana has additionally revised its re-booking and refund policy regarding tickets for flights scheduled before 31st January 2022.
Air Astana has fully restored its network of domestic and international services, including regular flights to Colombo, Male, Phuket, London, Dubai, Antalya, Dushanbe (Tajikistan) and Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan).
Air Astana has additionally revised its re-booking and refund policy regarding tickets for flights scheduled before 31st January 2022. Passengers are permitted to change the departure date to any day before 28th February 2022 or apply for a full refund at least 24 hours prior to the original departure date.
As of 19th January 2022, the Air Astana call-centre will be open from 08:00 to 00:00 daily. Ticketing offices in Almaty and Nur-Sultan airports operate 24/7.
