AXA Hong Kong empowers travellers to achieve their dreams

AXA Hong Kong invited customers who purchased AXA travel insurance within the campaign period to share their dreams of travelling to six different destinations, namely Mount Rinjani, Bali, Bangkok, Okinawa, Tokyo and Seoul.

HONG KONG – AXA Hong Kong is committed to empowering people to live a better life through its quality solutions and services.  As part of this, the company rolled out an online digital campaign, “The World is What you Make of it – Summer Contest” in August, inviting AXA customers to share their travel dreams online. A prize presentation ceremony was held in October where the winner was rewarded with two round-trip flight tickets to Tokyo and seven-night accommodation to kick start her dream-come-true journey.

AXA Hong Kong invited customers who purchased AXA travel insurance within the campaign period to share their dreams of travelling to six different destinations, namely Mount Rinjani, Bali, Bangkok, Okinawa, Tokyo and Seoul. Applicants were required to submit an essay to share details of their travel goals to one of these destinations.

The winner, a young university student, was selected for her unique reason for wanting to travel to Tokyo. She hoped to meet and engage with the underprivileged in the city, and bring her insights back to organise local volunteering activities to improve the living conditions of the poor.

Travelling can be one of the best experiences in life; exploring new landscapes, discovering new cultures, meeting new people and creating new memories. By organising ‘The World is What you Make of it – Summer Contest’, AXA Hong Kong hopes to encourage and inspire more people to live their dreams. We are delighted to launch this campaign and more importantly, to reward the winner of this campaign to realise a meaningful trip to Tokyo and to help her materialise her wish to support the underprivileged.” Ms Andrea Wong, Chief Marketing and Customer Officer, AXA Hong Kong.
