reward-U joins FTE Asia EXPO 2017 as Conference Session Partner

Presenting best practices on ancillary revenues and loyalty.

reward-U, the loyalty programme founded by HK Express, is joining Future Travel Experience Asia EXPO 2017 as a conference session partner. The expo is being held on 7-8 November 2017 at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore to bring together leaders from the air transport industry from across Asia-Pacific and beyond.

FTE Asia EXPO 2017 is Asia’s biggest free to attend passenger experience and business performance expo, with an expected attendance of 2,000+. The event will provide an unrivalled platform for the industry’s most innovative solution and service providers from across Asia-Pacific and beyond to showcase their latest products and concepts designed to help airlines and airports improve end-to-end customer experiences, reduce costs, increase revenues and enhance operational efficiency.

“FTE Asia EXPO 2017 will place a big focus on customer experience, innovation and ancillary revenue generation, which makes reward-U an ideal session partner in our premium conference. Thanks to today’s always-connected traveller and the opportunities presented by digital developments, airlines have an unprecedented opportunity to build meaningful relationships with their customers while creating new ancillary revenue streams. reward-U provides the industry with an example of best practice and I am delighted to have them on-board as a conference session partner at FTE Asia EXPO 2017” said Daniel Coleman, Founder of Future Travel Experience.

In addition to the biggest free to attend expo of its kind anywhere in Asia, FTE Asia EXPO 2017 will include a premium conference, which is free to access for all attendees. The premium conference will focus on the theme “Innovating and collaborating to enhance the end-to-end travel experience across Asia” with an educational session partnering with Hong Kong’s premier everyday loyalty programme, reward-U. The dedicated session will be held on 7 November 2017 and feature sharings and insights on boosting ancillary revenues and loyalty, including best practices on getting the basics right, plus insight on new approaches.

“Airlines and airports today must focus on delivering an end-to-end travel experience to provide value to the modern travellers, including the millennial consumers who are shaping the future of travel but are often overlooked and underserved, especially in the loyalty market,” said Steven Greenway, CEO of reward-U. “As a loyalty business built on innovation for next-generation customers of today and tomorrow, reward-U is proud to be a session partner in FTE Asia EXPO 2017’s premium conference.  We are excited to drive discussions to enhance the overall travel experience for consumers and explore ways to increase ancillary revenues and loyalty within the airline industry and beyond.”

This industry-leading annual event will offer a unique and dynamic forum to help airlines, airports and their partners to future-proof their businesses, improve customer experiences, and provide opportunities for them to collaborate and shape the future of the sector.
